How to download: do not click directly on the mp3 links.

You need to "Right click" and "Save Target As..." or "Control click" if you have a Mac.Why? If you simply click, you'll hear the recording, but it won't be saved on your computer. If you want to save the recording (so that you can hear it again tomorrow) you need to download and THEN play the recording from your computer.
